My favorite hostel during my trip to South America, no one else. There are many rules for check-in, but I like it this way. We make it clear in advance and follow it, so that everyone can maintain a good atmosphere in the youth hostel. The kitchen is large, with two sets of stoves, so everyone can cook without waiting for a long time. In Calafate in January, the sunset is very late, and the kitchen has great lighting. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The opening time is also suitable for the tours. The toilet and shower are very clean, the hot water for bathing is very large, and there is a hair dryer. It is not far from the bus station on foot, and it is convenient for public transportation. There is a small blue house at the intersection, which is a supermarket. It sells delicious beef and reasonable-priced Coke, hahaha.

We booked their transport services and excursions to the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares and El Chalten, they're exceptionally punctual. Ismael was really attentive as a guide and driver, gave us great recommendations as to where to dine and the local dishes.

The hotel staff at Hotel Kosten Aike were incredibly helpful, responsive and sweet - Juan, Agustina and the young lad who helped us check out that morning. The hotel is well situated and good fitness/spa facility. The breakfast was also included and quite filling.

The room was well fitted out with fitness kit included. The private terrace was very pretty. The breakfast was excellent and made for each guest individually.

The apartment is very close to the bus station, the room is spacious and there is a kitchen that I can cook the meal myself.

The view of the lake was fantastic from the lounge area. Paula was our host and she was fantastic and accommodated us with whatever we needed. I would definitely stay here again - loved it!
