Pethers Rainforest Retreat is an adults-only property situated in Mount Tamborine and offers a restaurant, a bar and a garden. I was surprised how relaxed I felt just a few hours in to the stay. Highly recommend two nights minimum and can’t wait to return. Loved the big windows and the view of the secluded rainforest. It was even more magical because it rained the whole time. The noises of rainfall, bird songs and insects made this place exceptional. Staff were super friendly and accommodating for more towels, ice and local recommendations. Had low expectations for breakfast based on past reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Also we highly recommend the Irish pub in the Main Street if you fancied trip out.

Wallaby Ridge Retreat features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 22 km of Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk and 35 km of Metricon Stadium. We absolutely loved our stay at Wallaby Ridge Retreat! We received a friendly greeting from our host after our very last-minute booking. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had lovely dips in the saltwater pool, and enjoyed watching the sunset from the spa. There was an adorable wallaby family (including a super cute joey in its mum's pouch) that hopped around the property. We really appreciated that we could have all the doors and windows open in our villa to enjoy the bush view and sounds and keep the room cool, as there were screens to keep the bugs out - we didn't even need to turn on the AC. We took the opportunity to visit the local wineries, and there was a town close by for groceries. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at Wallaby Ridge Retreat!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Jenny's on The Mtn is set in Mount Tamborine. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Everything! From the minute we came, Cathey did everything she could to make us feel at home, and we did! The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Kids loved it so much that they asked to stay. We'll come back! for sure!

Situated in Beechmont, 43 km from Metricon Stadium, Beechmont Estate features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. The accommodation and restaurant staff were phenomenal! They were so friendly, kind and accommodating. The best staff I have encountered at any accommodation/food venue. The Paddock restaurant is stunning and the breakfast offerings were incredible. I will definitely return.

Situated in Darlington, Worendo Cottages offers accommodation with a patio. The property was built in 1998, and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Location is beautifully isolated, but very good road to reach. Staff is helpful and friendly, animal encounter is a bonus plus.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Clandulla Cottages & Farmstay is a recently renovated farm stay situated in Boyland, 20 km from Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk. Matt was fantastic and the kids loved all the animals. Would definitely recommend to any families travelling looking for a great farm stay. We will be back
