The location of the hotel is GREAT! The most central location possible. Walking distance of a few minutes to the gondola, and the main streets of Bansko. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the "Deluxe King Room with Sofa" which was AMAZING! Very cozy. The hotel has a modern design , very outstanding and pleasing. I highly recommend 😊👌

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

This new concept of hotel is what I was really missing in a "standart" hotel. You are treated as family from the moment you get in. Although it might not be perfect, they way you feel in it is worth it all. They really care about you, really care, not just out of the protocol. They call it a "social hotel" but not as a gimick but remind us that we are social human beings and return us to the things we were missing so much. I love this place. The eating outside (which was above delicious), kids playing next to you, music playing, the water from the pool, the river next to you and the grass lots. The location is perfect, easy parking, few steps and you cross the bridge of the city center, the cinema was a great feature too. Again 11/10!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a terrace, MonarX Suites 1113 is set in Bansko. With pool views, this accommodation features a balcony. Wonderful apartment - incredibly clean and located in a very quiet area. The windows face the inner courtyard and the pool, and on a clear day, you can even see the mountains. At first, I had some trouble finding the entrance to the complex, but after that, everything was very straightforward. The keys are in a box right by the door. The host was very friendly and polite. You could barely hear any other guests, and the apartment had everything I needed. It was spotless and very cozy. Next time I plan a visit to Bansko, I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and large apartments located close to the lift (9 min walk), shops and restaurants (3 min), at the same time, - in a quiet place. Very responsive and welcoming hosts, they quickly respond to requests and help with all questions. There are 2 balconies, a washing machine, a fan, a microwave, kitchen utensils, a kettle, a 2-burner stove, many sockets, ect. Under the reception there is a spa area with saunas and a small pool, but for a separate fee. Downstairs there is a ski deport, parking spaces are available nearby even during high season. Pets are allowed, for which separate thanks to owners. Highly recommend this apartment. ))
