Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything - we rarely see a place so clean and a spa center so well maintained. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean as well. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. I had a wonderful stay here.The breakfast and the dinner were perfect.Very friendly staff especially Demis who was very helpful.Good location,close to the main square.I will definitely stay again in this hotel when i visit Bansko.

The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. They welcomed us personally and gave us martenitsi because it was 01.03. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need even more, absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy rooms, perfect warm temperature, absolutely insane experience.
