The room was perfect, spacious, clean and all the appliances were very new and functional, nothing was missing. The staff was really nice and helped us with transport info. Breakfast was really good everything fresh and a lot of choice.

Great hotel with great staff. Located within walking distance from several subway stations/lines and tourist attractions. The hotel was busy because of a large event in the city - the staff suggested having breakfast in the Hyatt Club instead of the regular breakfast room, which was very nice! The swimming pool in the hotel is great - although it is small, it has a adjustable water current, which allows for quite effective excercise.

The rooms were so cozy and had nice views on a forest. Many hiking and ski facilities in the vicinity. The spa was not big but had everything we needed. The relaxing room next to the spa has great mountain views. The staff was friendly and easy-going. The breakfast was good by Bulgarian standards. Would definitely come back in my next Bulgarian travel.
