The lodge has a cozy and comfortable vibe with multiple areas to relax in. It was nice to have access to the jacuzzi anytime of the day and enjoy a campfire every night. The room was very comfortable and the water in the shower was nice and hot. The hot cocoa, cereal, coffee, tea, etc in the kitchen was a nice touch. We were able to bring food to prepare some of our own meals.

Remote check-in but when we reported a minor issue the receptionist came straight over and arranged for maintenance staff to quickly resolve the issue. The staff also took the opportunity to recommend places to visit in the area, which was a bonus.

The staff are very helpful, especially the young lad who works nights. Very helpful in many ways, and helps out when he's needed mostly. He is definitely a key asset to the hotel team among many of the other staff. Bed I slept in was very comfortable on my back. Room was a good size. Also would say the woman who works front desk during the day and the fellow with the baseball cap were also helpful.
