The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Communication before we arrive were super helpful. 3. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The kitchen has almost all the amenities you may need. There are even many spices to cook many kinds of food. There were welcome chocolates at our arrival. We requested not to provide alcohol during welcome, and the host honored that.request. 4. The balcony is very beautiful. We spend the evening in the balcony while enjoying calm and peaceful Lauterbrunnen. 5. Even though the apartment is right beside road and the bus station, there were not much loudness or disturbance. 6. There is a shaded car parking right behind the apartment. 7. Keys can be collected from letterbox using a code. Therefore it was easy to checkin anytime.
