Set in Etoy, 24 km from Lausanne Railway Station, Afterwork Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very cool looking, large rooms. Tastefully decorated. Still looks almost brand new inside. Staff were incredibly helpful and really friendly, provided us with Swiss power adapters because I forgot them. Restaurant was very good. Covered parking helps in the heat of summer. I didn’t use the electric scooters as we didn’t have time but I really wanted to!

Offering a garden and garden view, Motel-Résidence Ô Pied à Terre is located in Montilliez, 14 km from Palais de Beaulieu and 15 km from Lausanne Railway Station. Location was quiet, parking was great, and the apartment was clean.

Situated in Le Brassus, 46 km from Saint-Point Lake, Hôtel des Horlogers features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a terrace. The interior design, location, views, concept and architecture were beyond expectations. Absolutely loved it!

Located in Gingins, 25 km from PalExpo, Auberge La Croix-Blanche provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The breakfast that was included had limited choices, but everything was very tasty and quite sufficient.

Located in Begnins, 29 km from PalExpo, Boutique Hôtel de l'Ecu Vaudois provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Restaurant was also excellent for dinner amazing service and food.

Set in Ballaigues, 22 km from Saint-Point Lake, Hotel-Restaurant La Croix d’Or offers accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast was excellent. A buffet with a choice of mueslis, fresh fruit, different breads, cheeses ham & salami not forgetting croissants etc. Everything was of a very good quality. The only negative for me was I was not too well the previous evening and was thus unable to try out the restaurant. Obviously a missed opportunity!. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly - a very well run small hotel
