As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice, new apartment just outside of Puerto Montt. It has a kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, closet room and a parking spot although we didn't use it since parking in front of the building was safe and more convenient. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes around. If you have a car it's a good location for the trips to the surrouding areas since you usually don't have drive through the city.

I really liked this hostel. It's clean, comfy and warm and is in a great location. The staff are super friendly and are really helpful too - one of the guys spent ages talking me through how to visit the churches by public transpor, and they have loads of information about trips/excursions! It was quiet when I was there but the staff created a great atmosphere.
