Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Estación Hostel, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Castro, 2.8 km from Sabanilla Beach, 19 km from Nuestra Señora de los Dolores Church, as well as 22 km from Nuestra Señora del Rosario de... The hostel is excellent, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location - right on the water, with beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The kitchen is very big and well equipped for guests, with spices, tea/coffee, etc. and shared spaces are kept very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfortable. Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

Located just 1.6 km from Arena Gruesa Beach, 13 Lunas Hostel features accommodation in Ancud with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as luggage storage space. I loved everything about this Hostal...The location was perfect-across the street from the bus station....My room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...In this Hostal guests have the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water are always available...The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to mention Richard who was very helpful to me,even telephoning the next place I was going to in order to confirm my reservation....I want to mention Ricardo at the reception desk also....Ricardo,from Italy 🇮🇹, was also friendly and helpful...This is a lovely place to stay...Top marks...10 out of 10

Boasting a garden and views of lake, Cabañas Cuatro Estaciones Frutillar Bajo is a recently renovated holiday home situated in Frutillar, 34 km from Pablo Fierro Museum. The location was great. It was clean and comfortable enough, and the host was just fine.

Featuring a garden, Cabaña Nueva en Ancud Chiloe is set in Ancud and also provides a terrace and barbecue facilities. The property features sea and mountain views. The communication with the hosts was exceptional. They were attentive, proactive and very kind to us during our stay. They recycle, compost and looked after the environment, which is great to see.
