I recently stayed at Niccolo Chengdu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Chun Xi Road, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away! Comfort: The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the plush linens to the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Value: Considering the location, comfort, and level of service, I found my stay to be an excellent value for the price. It made my trip even more special knowing I had a great place to return to each day. Overall, I highly recommend Niccolo Chengdu for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Chengdu. I can’t wait to return!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Avec ses 556 chambres et suites spacieuses, le Dorsett Grand Chengdu propose une atmosphère accueillante, agrémentée par des installations modernes et une hospitalité pleine d'attention. I loved almost everything about this hotel, from the large airy reception with exceptionally friendly reception staff, the upgraded one bedroom suite, and especially the convenient location, within walking distance of many of the main city centre attractions. I took the opportunity to sign up as a Dorsett member, for future stays.

I liked everything about my experience at the teddy bear hotel. First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest. Standing on the shore of the Jinjiang River, Chengdu Xizang Hotel features a Tibetan theme with a hint of modern art decor. The luxurious property offers 4 dining options, a fitness centre and a spa. The breakfast has a variety of local and Xizang specialties. The room is clean and quiet. The Zangzu theme decorated room is very cozy.

Situated in Wuhou District, Kempinski Hotel Chengdu is a 5-minute drive from Chengdu South Train Station. It offers an indoor pool and spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV and free internet access. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
