The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful. The view and sunset very worth it. We didn’t want to leave the pool. Kids loved it too!! The service provided at the front desk was exceptional, especially the team organising tours.

Comfort House provides accommodation located 400 metres from the centre of Santa Marta and features a terrace and a shared lounge. The property is very close to the ocean and in the city center. The room was very clean, and Marisol was very helpful. She cooked some food for my dog and told me where to buy more. She is a very nice and warm person—I felt her care was like that of a mother. I definitely recommend this place

Large comfortable rooms with good beds. Upper deck pool area is very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Although close to cento, we did hear any of the late night activities.

Spacious, clean rooms, our king room looked out onto the gorgeous swimming pool. There is another planted courtyard with rooms just as lovely. Shower excellent, bed comfy. Charming bar and limited menu restaurant but good value, tasty (western style food). The staff are very friendly. We found this a perfect place to relax before and after our Lost City hike. The hotel will happily look after your luggage.
