Being in the middle of the shopping district made it easy to find everything I needed, and the beach was close enough for a quick walk. The staff were approachable and answered my questions right away. For a short stay, it worked out perfectly.

The owner of the property was incredibly amicable. She told me about where things in the neighborhood were such as the supermarket and the infamous Boca Chica beach. She even arranged for me a breakfast to-go baggie for the road when I needed to check out of the hotel very early in the morning (2:30 am). Other positives were the quietness of the hotel, the well-maintained facilities, the large pool (swam there more than the beach!), and the delicious food prepared by the staff. And also the owner's cat was adorable, can't forget about her! (Note to guests: Please do not try to feed the cat your food even if she loudly begs for it. She has her own food and is well taken care of)

Great hotel in good location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. The staff had great communication and was easy to get in touch with. Bonus for having an elevator.
