I was worried there is no fence (so I thought from the pictures) but there actually is and our dog really loved it outside. It is also very warm inside. The location is great - 10 mins from the slopes, 5 mins from the shop, some bars and restaurants nearby

Good location for visiting Otepää, Tartu or Elva, I recommend staying there, but you need your own transport.

Tartumaa Tervisespordikeskus is located in a very lovely forest. I stayed in camping house and it met all basic needs. Besides that the nature and the silence were amazing. There is a small kitchen you can use in the main house and cafe to get some coffee and snacks,
