I really appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, especially the breakfast hostess, who brightened our morning every day with her friendliness. The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping mall - perfect for rainy days or an easy outgoing. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee strong, and there were rice cakes available for those who don't eat bread - a small but thoughtful detail!

It was a great, clean and beautiful place. It's a new building according to the highest modern standards, so everything that was expected to work, did work, like temperature and air control, heated floors etc. Special thanks for the coffee machine and the coffee beans, loved it! The neighbourhood is also exceptional, felt very safe and quiet. Parking was nearby, I used europark, literally 50 meters away from the entrance. There was also a small groceries shop approx 400 meters away, very convenient.

The small and comfortable Hansa Hotel is only a few minutes away from the centre of Tartu, close to the shopping centres and the Emajögi River. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The location was really close to AHHAA center. Breakfast with our favourite options and some local specialities. Administration friendly. Our room was as a separate flat, so it was good with a noisy kid.
