Everything was perfect. The stuff was nice and polite. Sayed helpt us with everything. We will definitely come back.

Located in Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers premium all-inclusive concept . The property is situated 27 km from New Marina and 28 km from Giftun Island. Excellent food. Well presented and always a joy to come along to the various a la carte restaurants and the main restaurant. Waiting staff were always polite and friendly and added a personal touch to meal times. The pools were kept clean and the water temperature was good. Loved the attention given to us around the pool by bar staff. Toilets by the pool were kept so clean, a credit to the cleaner. Bed was very comfortable which meant a good night's sleep. Room cleaner, Mohammed was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you for the upgrade to junior garden suite. Evening entertainment was good and kept us amused. Loved the dancing groups, belly dancer and whirling dervish. Singers were also good. The morning musicians, violinist, guitarist and saxophonist was a lovely touch to greet us in the morning! The beach was well maintained and the loungers were comfortable.

The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

The staff were amazing - Taha the Assistant manager was super pleasant and helpful! Our cleaner Ahmed worked so hard keeping our room spotless. The Entertainment team - wow Elena, Francisco, Remy and Tiger. What a great crewe and so lovely. Mahmoud the sandwich maker at breakfast was a gem, such a lovely guy and amazing toasted sandwiches. Yanya was a great waiter, always had a smile on his face. Thank you! The buildings are beautiful and stylish. The snorkeling in the bay is stunning.

Located on the sea front with private sandy beach featuring an outdoor pool, children's playground and terrace, Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada is set in Hurghada in the Red Sea Region and... Everything was great. A very nice hotel, very good located and very nice people and a great service. Especially Mohamed Hamed at the reception was very friendly and offered a great service. I will definitely go there again.

We had a fantastic experience at Baron Palace! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on a stunning beach. The pools are spotless, the food is fresh and delicious with lots of variety, and the whole place feels like luxury. Special thanks to Michael and Mr. Samuel at reception – extremely respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist. They truly made our stay even better! Rooms are spacious and very clean. The beach is crystal clear, and there’s great snorkeling too. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and high-end holiday
