Host of the apartment was very helpful. He came to receive us to the ferry terminal and they were very welcoming. The apartment is right on the banks of the river. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast sitting at the front fasad over looking the Nile. The apartment is basic and it is very clean. You have all the things to make your stay very comfortable. The owner helped us out with the booking of motor boat and our trip to Luxor and hurgada. He speaks English fluently. I highly recommend this property

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It sits high above Lake Nasser with beautiful panoramic views, and it’s only a two-minute ride to the Abu Simbel Temple entrance. The hotel even provides free golf buggies, which made visiting the temples so easy and relaxed. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated ( we also got a free upgrade). The bed was extremely comfortable, and small touches like toweling robes, complimentary drinking water, and a turn-down service made it feel really special. Everything looked brand new. The covered seating area outside our room was a lovely place to sit and read while looking out over the lake, and at night we also sat out there viewing the night sky ( great place for star gazing). The infinity pool was another highlight – the perfect place to cool off and take in the incredible views across the lake. The restaurant chef came out to meet us personally and cooked a delicious evening meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. For breakfast, we ordered fresh omelettes, which went perfectly with the selection of pastries, breads, yogurt, honey, and coffee. Staying overnight rather than doing a day trip was by far the best decision we made. It gave us the chance to enjoy the temples peacefully after the day visitors had gone and to return at sunrise, which was an unforgettable experience

My stay at this accommodation was truly memorable. The place is unique — designed like a spacious boathouse right on the Nile — and it offers a warm, authentic atmosphere that you don’t often find, especially at this budget. The room was beautifully designed, the bedding very comfortable, and the whole space felt welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank-you to Mr. Waleed and Mr. Mahmud, whose hospitality and friendly attitude give this place its special charm. They really make you feel at home. I would happily come back again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and memorable stay

Mustafa the host puts a lot of care into the facilities of the accommodation and towards the guests. The room was perfect and the bathroom was large. He has a shop on site. He organised an Abu Simbel trip for me and sailed me to the pick up point and then took care of arranging drop off points for another hotel I'd previously booked. He also showed me around the area and made me feel at home as I was solo travelling.

Clean. Rooms large. Nice bathrooms. Great aircon. 10 mins walk to Abu simbel site. Owner helpful. He can organise things before you get there. He organised our tickets for AS and the sound and light show. He also arranged a great guide that was really good and informative. Place was lovely and nicely done. Was very impressed. Would definitely stay there again.
