Kamers groot en schoon. Heel authentiek. Zit op elephantine island. Heel fijn, want met de Ferry ben je zo aan de overkant. Ferry gaat heel vaak. Ontbijt geweldig!

Lovely guesthouse with excellent location and fantastic view. Mohamed was amazing host, very kind, helpful and always available. He helped us organize visit to Philae Temple and also gave us many useful advices. The view from our balcony was priceless. The area is very peaceful and authentic, you are on the island in the real Nubian village. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. There is no better place to stay in Aswan than this. Highly recommended!

It’s literally just two minutes from the Abu Simbel Temple — the perfect location. The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

He also offers motorboat tours; we didn’t have time to try them, which just gives us a good excuse to come back. He can even help arrange your Abu Simbel trip or any other transportation at a very fair price. This spot is a little corner of paradise in beautiful Aswan. Don’t stay in the busy city, come straight to Elephantine Island. You’ll find peace, kindness, and a true escape from the traffic and noise of Egypt.
