Great location, clean and newly furbished hotel.

Everything was fantastic! Best location, best rooms, best views since we got the Seaview rooms. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was excellent. They serve free coffees and juices and the breakfast was free and amazing. Owner Selia is an excellent host. She made sure our stay was top notch in all aspects. Nabella also made sure that our room was ready in time. She took special efforts to prepare our room all by herself and attended us in a very special way. Thankyou so much for such an wonderful experience! Would surely come again.

We both thought this was a perfect hotel, and the best we’ve ever stayed in

The rooms are very comfortable and so are the beds. Unfortunately two beds next to each other and not one big matras but it was big enough. The hotel in general is very beautifully designed and the breakfast was the best we've ever had. The breakfast was served until 12am which was very much appreciated after a night of partying. The beach is only a min walking from the hotel. And all the cool bars/restaurants are around the corner. With the windows shut (luckily there's a good functioning air-conditioning) you could not hear the noise outside. Also, there were no teenagers in the hotel and only adults from 25 yo up to whatever.. Also, not many elderly people.

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who were at the reception. I have had unpleasant experiences in Spain and Italy where hotel staff have not behaved properly. But the staff and management of this hotel are really great. I am very very satisfied. I have never stayed in a hotel this clean in Spain. The breakfast was excellent, varied, delicious and very clean. Dinner as well. Even when the hotel was busy, the table, chairs, plates, cutlery and food were very clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to several good supermarkets. Also, it is only a two/three minute walk to the beach. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it has very good doors and windows that are completely soundproof. The rooms have good, clean, modern and large bathrooms. Clean, high-quality bedding and towels and a tea kettle, which is very important and helpful. The service staff were also very good and tidy. And they did the cleaning work properly and cleanly. Wi-Fi was good most of the time, but a few times when the hotel was full of travelers, the Wi-Fi became weak. I have a small suggestion: if you move the basement disco or lower the volume of its amplifiers it would be much better for adult travelers like me who don't like loud voies and discos. The manager of this hotel should become the Minister of Tourism of Spain. Managing two four-star hotels together is a difficult task. Location. Due to A very sad reason we Made A memorial trip for Our daughter. We were here 17 years ago for The First time. She Made her First Steps in canyelles 3 weeks after She became 1. Our room was not finished When we checken in. The staff helped us out imediately with an other (better ) room and A bottle of cava, So So sweet. Very much apreciated! Nice hotel, good staff, good service, good bed, good shower, very hygiënic and great breakfast . We highly recommend!

Excellent service, impeccable and great facilities for all

The staff was utmostly attentive and helpful. I asked for a special favor to prepare some flowers on arrival and they overdelivered. It was a great surprise for my girlfriend and it was done without anything in return.
