The property was very well located. The front desk personnel were very helpful and Proffessional the property was very well Maintained and rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. I would stay here again if I came back to Gran Canaria.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel. The location was perfect — right by the beach with stunning ocean views. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the breakfast each morning was a real highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Would absolutely love to return!

Poemas restaurant was the best meal of our lives. I really enjoyed the thermal hydrotherapy circuit and our spa treatments. We came to GC specifically to come to the hotel after being inspired by Agatha Christie. Little did we know that she actually stayed at the hotel!! Everything was amazing.

Great place to base yourself in the old part of Las Palmas. Comfortable bed and the room was spotless. The ensuite was wonderful, with a big walk-in shower. The food was exceptional, and breakfast was fabulous, so fresh and tasty, with a choice of sweet and savoury options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even kept our luggage on the last day while we went to Poema Del Mar for the afternoon. A rare find! Highly recommended.

We loved the apartment that we rented. The best thing about it was the amazing terrace. The terrace has an ocean view and sun all day. We practically lived out there during our stay. The pool area was super nice too, we took morning swims every day. The staff were super service minded and super helpful! The kitchen had almost everything we needed.
