There is a taxi stand just across the road, which is very convenient to travel to and form the airport. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

She was treated so well. We were able to bring her to the bar which was perfect. Breakfast was delicious too. Absolutely recommend and we didn't see anyone else with a dog in case anyone reading this is thinking it's awash with dogs. The nicest genuinely caring staff. Thanks so much.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully appointed, providing everything one might need, and enjoying a fantastic location near the Guggenheim Museum. Parking was available for a fee, although free street parking was an option on weekends. The receptionists were remarkably friendly and helpful.

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport. A beautiful building with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and the receptionist responded immediately to resolve our problem.
