This hotel is divided into 2 buildings from the 18th-century, a former school, from Napoleon III period. The location in the middle of the small village of Azay Le Rideau and close to the chateau is great. The staff, Thomas, Elisa and others are very helpful booking the restaurant for us and assisting. Their breakfast is very complete and a nice set-up. Restaurants nearby are charming. I had a tea break in the afternoon with my son at Biscuithé and it was awesome.

We had a great short stay and enjoyed a wonderful meal that was cooked for us. Very nice owner that made us feel at home. The bed is very comfortable! We will definitely return.

Very good and tasty breakfast (very large veriety, the best we had), super clean room, towels, bathroom, etc. Large bathroom. Everything is new. Staff really cares about the guests, personalised approach. Good location, near to the center of the city.

Wonderful welcome, refreshments offered on arrival. Restaurant not open on Monday we arrived but the staff booked a lovely local bistro. The dog loved her bed. Room was gorgeous with a balcony. Would love to come back in warmer weather- dying to try the restaurant. Every member of staff were friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing! These young, friendly and very professional people were SO attentive, and made our stay fantastic. They helped us plan our bike trip around the wine region, helped us store our bikes, and even provided some snacks for the road. Every single person we encountered was absolutely incredible. The room was splendid, and we had a luxurious stay!
