Set in Clermont-Ferrand, 3.9 km from Blaise Pascal University, Grand Mess Clermont-Ferrand offers accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We stayed at Hotel Grand Mess for 2 nights on either side of our road trip to Andorra in October 2025. The hotel is perfectly located, very convenient, and surrounded by loads of places to eat although most open in the evening. Our rooms were fab on both occasions, the breakfast was amazing, fresh and great quality, this felt like a proper french breakfast. The staff were great, we opted to park in the underground car park and paid 10 euro for each night but we could have also parked outside the hotel quite easily as there is ample space on the side too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and possibly stay longer too. It was the perfect stop after a 10hr drive from Lichfield, England.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Les Roches Chambre d'Hotes provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. We had a lovely 2x nights on way to south of france .these guys have worked hard to perfect customer service attentive but not rushing you .lovely and Quite but were recommended lovely morning walk and afternoon drive out well done Andrew /Richard/and Lynn x
