The service was exceptional, from Rui welcoming us to the hotel, to all other staff at the hotel, they went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. Location is central which is great and the view on the river was amazing!

The location was superb in the centre of Figeac and almost adjacent to the Musee Champollion. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. They were also very kind to my small dog.

Renovated in 2019, this hotel is located in the centre of Millau, offering guest rooms with free WiFi access. The terrace has views of the Causse Noir and Causse du Larzac Mountains.

Best hotel! We have been coming here for a decade and a half and they only continue to improve and exceed their already incredible expectations. Perfect location, gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, very, deeply clean, great rooms/bathrooms, absolutely perfect in every way! Lots of street parking and paid parking around and walkable to everything. Strong, reliable wifi too!

We stayed at the newly opened Mercure Hôtel in Ax-les-Thermes for a weekend getaway and overall had a lovely experience. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk from the train station and perfectly situated for hiking (randonnées) in the surrounding mountains. The hotel’s facilities are great. We especially appreciated the wellness area — we tried the spa (hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi), as well as the indoor pool. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. Our room was spotless and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — probably one of the best we've ever slept on! The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed. That said, there are still a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast (brunch) was quite limited. We understand the hotel had just opened the week before, so we hope the selection will expand with time. However, basic items like a toaster (grill-pain) would have been appreciated. We also had dinner at the Château restaurant owned by the hotel. While the setting was beautiful and very romantic, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. My boyfriend had the trout with a strong rouille sauce and fries, and I had lamb with fregola. The flavors were average, and the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Again, we assume this might be due to the staff still being in training. All in all, it’s a beautiful place to stay, and we’re sure it will only improve with time. We’d gladly return — especially for the spa, pool, and fresh mountain air!

The Hildegarde guest room was a delightful large room in a truly magnificently restored old home. Veronique was a wonderful welcoming hostess who provided a beautiful locally sourced breakfast, and gave us lots of ideas for exploring Moissac. The GH is located right in the middle of the city. Warmly recommended.

Ô DOMAINE DU ROUSSILLON is located in Saint-Nauphary and has a saltwater pool and garden views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

We had wanted safe parking so this was great. We also travelled with our dog and there was lots of places for her to walk and run around.
