Winners of Guest House of the Year 2019 and 2018 at The Scottish Hotel Awards and the AA's Scottish B&B of the Year 2019, Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard is set in private wooded grounds and offers free... We were upgraded to the courtyard and the room/bathroom were beautiful. We sat outside enjoying the spring sunshine. Breakfast next morning was delicious.

Kennacoil, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Dunkeld, 25 km from Castle Menzies, 30 km from Scone Palace, as well as 30 km from Killiecrankie. The pods are located on a nice hill offering a great view to the nearby hills. For a couple, they are very roomy compared to a tent, very comfortable to stand up almost at any point, even with two futon beds lied down, there is still a lot of space to put your belongings. The "terrace" in front of them with the roof extending over it also offeres some protection for items left outside. They are well equipped for what they are (futon beds are comfortable; the pods have electricity - 2 outlets; one of which is used for the electric heater in colder weather; large firepit with a huge grill on top; large table with benches outside next to the firepit - could easily sit down 6 people; nice and clean towels, pillows and sleeping bags - with additional linen - offered for an extra 5 gbp / person). The car could be parked just a couple of meters away from the pod. The shared facilities (toilets and showers, kitchenette) were nice and clean. The host was easy to contact before and very polite at the time of our arrival. For us it was worth paying extra for charcoal and firewood, we found it a generous amount and we found good use for it.

Set in 2 acres of garden and grounds with views over the Tay Valley and mountains beyond, Tayview Lodges is situated in Guay, Dunkeld, just 10 minutes drive from Pitlochry. Perth is 28 km away. Very nice place to stay. Georgina and Ross were great support. Ross spent some time with me giving me information about the nearby area and POI. Also there is a folder in the lodge with all of the information that you would need during ur stay. 100% recommend place and very cooperative and supportive owners.

Established in 1924, The Gleneagles Hotel is a prestigious resort in the heart of Scotland. Set within 850 acres, it offers 3 championship golf courses and an ESPA spa, along with a falconry school. The best hotel we have stayed in! The room had everything that one could wish for and was exceptionally well decorated. We also appreciated the turndown service and the fresh water. The dining places offered a pleasant ambiance, and the food was obviously of high quality. The three-course dinner menu was totally worth it! Even the Benedict eggs or the burger for lunch were among the best I've had. The pools and saunas were clean, and we liked that the adult-only area was separated from the family pool. Among the activities, we tried whisky tasting and clay-pigeon shooting, and I can only recommend them. All facilitators were extremely knowledgeable. We did a wander around the property, and it was a fantastic 1.5h walk in nature, far away from crowds.

Located 25 minutes’ drive from Perth in the Scottish Highlands, Logierait Pine Lodges offer stylish, self-catering accommodation. It is in a beautiful place with lots of walks nearby. Also if you like relaxing, it can be that too! I have never stayed somewhere so clean, it was spotless. Normally when you go self catering there are dirty dishes that you can’t use. Not here, absolutely spotless. The size of it was also much bigger than it looks from the outside.

This family-run guest house is in the beautiful village of Logierait, 5 miles south of Pitlochry in the heart of Scotland. The location was perfect for our needs being just outside of town in a gorgeous rural setting. The proprietors provided a lovely, filling breakfast with hot and cold options made to order, including vegan items. They graciously accommodated our dietary needs. The property was beautiful and comfortable. We wish we had been able to stay more than the one night. 100% I would stay here again.

The Hive at Seonaidbheag is a recently renovated apartment in Perth, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. What a lovely room, set in such a peaceful location! We really enjoyed our time there, and it was great to have an outdoor seating area. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave us a warm welcome. The room is big and nicely decorated. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower.
