The staff are vrey helpful and sincere to care for our stay with smiling faces. The breakfast is really exceptionally good and ample portion, we cannot take it all. The environment of this hotel is quiet, the hotel itself is well decorated.

Our room was with an amaaazing view, I wanted to spend time only on the our balcony. The room was very clean, good bathroom and comfortable bed.Also we had coffee and tea there. This is really nice and quite place !

I loved the location as it is very closed to Tbilisi and you can use Bolt to get there and back. The facility was great - seemed newly renovated. The rooms had everything necessary, food was tasty in the Georgian restaurant, coctails tasted great. Overall I must say it was one of the best experiences in Georgia for me.

In the apartment you will find everything for a happy and pleasant stay, in front of you there is a food facility ,food market, a pharmacy for your needs and what is most important and appreciated, in the apartment you will find a first aid kit, there are all kinds of appliances, all this creates a wonderful and cozy environment. Also it has got ski depot, which is comfort for everyone. Even these words are not enough to describe the great pleasure and comfort that I have experienced. Highly recommend it. Thank you sm ❤️

NEW Colorful Apartment at Gudaura Lift is set in Gudauri. Featuring mountain and inner courtyard views, this apartment also features free WiFi. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled... Everything was excellent,especially our owner of property George. Even despite our leaving one day earlier, than we have booked initially, he returned money, but he shouldn’t do it actually. So during all our stay George asked about our stay,was is comfortable or not, told us about all necessary things,where we could change money and buy products and ets, helped us with search of driver to Vladikavkaz. Accommodation is really nice and new one,fully equipped and very comfortable. All facilities were inside the room: toiletries, kitchen equipment). Just be aware,that you should take some slippers or warm sweated socks in winter, because the floor was rather cold (and during our stay the temperature outside was lower than 10))))) If I go one more time to Gudauri I will definitely stay in these apartments one more time!

Unbeatable location in Gudauri especially when you're coming in winter for skiing. The apartment is 5 mins walk away from the ski slopes and from the restaurants and ski rentals. The best part of the property is the view as from the balcony and the beds even you have a direct view of the slopes and ski lifts, while at the same time it's peaceful and quiet. We couldn't get enough of the majestic views of the snow clad mountains. They even have slippers for two, room is warm in winter, cutlery available for cooking and preparing breakfast for yourself.

Location is amazing: 2 min from Gondola, a lot of restaurants around, supermarket next building. The apartment is clean with lots of space and 2 balconies, which makes it bright, also very well equipped with everything needed, which is usually hard to get. Home management is very helpful, always respond for queries in a very short time. Wasn't my first time in Gudauri, but this was best possible choice I've made.
