The staff are all amazing - super helpful. The reception and front-office staff (Nino, Liza, Mariami, Tamta, Giorgi) were all welcoming and happy to help wherever they could. And, while I can't provide names, the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were also just as amazing, which lends to the hotel's high rating. The facilities are very comfortable and good value. The location is on a quiet street across a hospital, but near bus stops (2-3 min walk) and a major metro station (6-8 min walk). It was a comfortable stay.

We stayed twice in one visit to Georgia -- one room faced the river, another faced the street. Both were wonderful. For value, choose the street. The hotel is beautiful and truly "boutique." That list would be long what i liked. Its paraler world experience. I liked its not just an hotel, but its like city in the city. Social area, museum, restaurant, cowork,... Design is amazing.
