We enjoyed staying here and hospitality and help from Latlov. The Sipark is 12-15min walk from the house. The house has everything you will need for the stay. Latlov had mentioned that there is no breakfast or nearby restaurants, so we should carry our own food. So it helped. The closest restaurant is in a hotel called Narad. You need to drive for 10-15mins to reach there. We will definitely stay here again.
