We had a great stay, and one of the main reasons was the excellent service from Steve, our housekeeper. He was always friendly, polite, and very attentive to our needs. Everything he did—from refreshing the room to checking in on what we needed—was done with care and professionalism. He made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff are great! The room was so spacious and the had a decent view. We were on the second floor which is where all the facilities are, and I loved the convenience of it. Blown away by the room, the sea view, just everything. They even have a bath tub in the room and gave a free bathbomb!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible the service, comfort, and overall experience were. I was searching for a kid-friendly hotel in Labuan Bajo, and this was the only one that allowed children under 12 to stay with their parents. I was lucky enough to secure a room before it sold out for the Lunar Holiday. Even though I booked a king-bed room, I was amazed by how spacious and well-ventilated it was. The service went beyond excellent—we were personally greeted by the hotel manager, Peter Kleiss, along with the front desk staff. What made it even more special was the seamless check-in experience, which was done in our room with the assistance of our assigned 24-hour butler, Yosef. The kids’ club was fantastic! My daughter was in tears when it was time to say goodbye to Ms. Astri, Ms. Tri, and Ms. Ima. The recreational team also made our stay memorable by arranging for my husband and me to try on traditional Manggarai attire and learn about the Manggarai culture—huge thanks to Mr. Yohanes and Ms. Ima for that! The hotel also organized various activities for us, including snorkeling, water scooters, kayaking, and hiking. Special thanks to Mr. Julio and Mr. Leri for their assistance. The food was absolutely delicious, carefully curated by the talented Chef Andi Hartono. When I experienced seasickness from island hopping, Chef Andi thoughtfully prepared a herbal tea that instantly relieved my headache. There were so many wonderful staff members whose names I can’t recall, but what amazed me most was how they all remembered ours! Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly special. We stayed for five nights, yet when it was time to leave, it felt like we were leaving a piece of our hearts behind. This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, and we will definitely return—especially since the kids had such an unforgettable experience.

Very nice and helpful staff. They help organise multiple trips and everything else about your stay in Labuan Bajo. Clean room and bathroom and overall lots of space in the room. Recommended!

The staff were outstanding, they helped us to get the tour in the last minute and provided us with everything we needed! Excellent. Everyone were so nice and hospitable. View was amazing too. The most affordable star hotel in Labuan Bajo.

The rooms are great and have all the comforts that you will need, for a good price! Antonio and the staff go above and beyond to help you with airport-pickups, motorbike rental, day trip-planning and make sure they have amazing food for dinner and breakfast. The location is perfect, just around the corner of Rua beach and many other places to visit nearby.

Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff at the reception. Good value to money

WiFi was working very good (they have few different ones). 2 swimming pools with view on the sea, and the breakfast was sensational. Hot water in the shower. An open wardrobe so you can easily store your stuff. We were there while they didn't have other guests so it was super nice.
