Set in Castlebar, in a historic building, 4.6 km from National Museum of Ireland - Country Life, Mayo Glamping is a recently renovated campground with a garden and barbecue facilities. Our hosts were so kind and very responsive to our requests. We went during the off season so basically had the whole site to ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings throughout our entire stay.

Located in Geesala, 40 km from Ballycroy National Park, Erris Coast Hotel provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. What a lovely stay! Our room was spotless, spacious, and modern with a nice view right onto the water. The pub was fantastic, the food out of this world, breakfast was lovely, and the staff truly wonderful. My sizzler dish set off the fire alarm (sorry for that!), nothing unusual for them, but quite an event for me. The location is perfect too, with Nephin National Park and the wild Atlantic coast just nearby. We had two wonderful days here and would love to return. P.S. Thanks again for the pints, Michael 🍻

Waterfront apartment completely refurbished is situated in Westport, 3.1 km from Westport Train Station, 20 km from Rockfleet Castle, and 20 km from Ballintubber Abbey. The location is amazing with beautiful views, and Westport Cruises is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed.

Featuring a garden and views of lake, Rockfield Manor B&B, Knock is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Knock, 4.1 km from Knock Shrine. Anne was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. She keeps the most beautiful home scrupulously clean.We we were flying from Knock so didn't stay long. Would love to stay again and tour the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stella Maris Shore House. Every room offers stunning ocean views - so close you can hear the waves day and night. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially enjoyed in the glass-covered patio, which makes even stormy days feel cosy and special. But the real magic here is the people. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with locals and travellers alike enjoying this little place of paradise. And then there’s Rolf - the owner and heart of the place - whose kindness, humour, and dedication make you feel less like a guest and more like an “old” friend. We’ll be back the first chance we get.
