Staff was EXCELLENT and so courteous - we travelled with our Grandma and Taj helped us celebrate her birthday by decorating her room and giving us a complimentary pastry. An initial stay of 3 nights turned into 3 weeks, making Mandrem Beach Resort our home away from home in Goa. We first chose it for the location and quality, but it went beyond that. The food was delicious and it was a great experience to try some of the Goan dishes. But above all it was the kindness, helpful mindset and genuine friendliness of the staff that made all the difference. It started with the heartfelt greeting from the security guard at the entrance and on the beach side. In the reception Vishweta, Saurav, Kashmira, Rajashree and the others were always very helpful and friendly. Our meals were made better by the friendliness and helpfulness of Shaun, Gurunath, Rushikesh, Zeenal, Figo, Abhijit, Puja and Mario. The laundry service was excellent with a special thank you to Vishaka. Last but not least our dear friends at the pool Bejami and Ajay who always welcomed us with a smile.

I do not think it is possible to find more helpful and friendly staff- the hotel itself is very clean, spacious and provides delicious food, but great care their team takes of guests is their greatest asset.

Absolutely incredible stay in the most amazing boutique hotel in Goa, the photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are so beautiful and spacious and we were blown away as soon as we arrived. Hardip and Sofia are wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach, it's perfect. We can't wait to be back!

The hotel is clean, hygienic and the room is very comfortable. The staff and management are always there to help. Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
