We greatly enjoyed our time spent at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. Our hotel room had a beautiful, full panoramic view to the ocean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Glenn showed us many peculiar Goan and traditional Indian dishes, and did his best to make us feel really special as long stayer guests of the Hotel. Mintu, who was in charge of cleaning our room, also performed outstanding services, and payed attention to the smallest details. We are really grateful for this holiday experience.

Booked the rooms for my parents and uncle and aunt to have a weekend break and they loved it. The booking process was seemless and the front office was more than happy to meet all of my requirements of having a room together and they even gave them rooms close to the elevators so that they didn't need to walk a lot. Loved the whole experience during our stay at JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the wonderful hotel staff, our room was made up for early check in, beautifully presented knowing it was our honeymoon with some delicious sweet treats on arrival to welcome us, everything was faultless! The hotel room, facilities, infinity pool, spa, food and drinks offering are all 10/10. Breakfast spread was unreal and the level of service was like nothing we have ever experienced before.

An initial stay of 3 nights turned into 3 weeks, making Mandrem Beach Resort our home away from home in Goa. We first chose it for the location and quality, but it went beyond that. The food was delicious and it was a great experience to try some of the Goan dishes. But above all it was the kindness, helpful mindset and genuine friendliness of the staff that made all the difference. It started with the heartfelt greeting from the security guard at the entrance and on the beach side. In the reception Vishweta, Saurav, Kashmira, Rajashree and the others were always very helpful and friendly. Our meals were made better by the friendliness and helpfulness of Shaun, Gurunath, Rushikesh, Zeenal, Figo, Abhijit, Puja and Mario. The laundry service was excellent with a special thank you to Vishaka. Last but not least our dear friends at the pool Bejami and Ajay who always welcomed us with a smile.
