Polite and attentive, he went out of his way to take care of us. As an Arabic translator for the guests, he added a fun twist to our trip—my son, traveling from Dubai, thoroughly enjoyed conversing with him in Arabic. He also guided us through the property, helping us capture some wonderful photos. The resort boasts Instagram-worthy spots, including a giant eagle sculpture, a picturesque bridge, and a waterfall. The infinity pool was simply spectacular, providing an unmatched experience of swimming amidst the stunning natural beauty. The à la carte food, recommended by the Chef, was absolutely delicious and exceeded all expectations.

I had the valley view for 2 days and then upgraded to jacuzi room. The Jacuzi was slightly dirty which they fixed immediately upon complaint and refunded the extra money. The staff is generally very helpful and the place is well worth the money. If I visit india and kerala again would visit for sure. Can only recommend.

We never felt like staying in resort. Kids playing , we sipping tea in sitting area, playing chess, Varma , watching TV, reading newspaper at top view tower. Bed is quite comfortable, bathroom top notch clean . Clean and elegant and spacious. Breakfast is homemade and delicious .
