The 5-star Trident Bandra Kurla provides an outdoor swimming pool and full spa services. Concierge services and room service are available 24 hours. On-site parking is free. I liked the staff support. We needed to store medication and staff was very supportive. Also we needed to extend the room and yet needed to move out of the floor due to scheduled maintenance. Sunaina duty manager was very helpful.
