Located on top of a private farm having views of mountains and glaciers from the sit-out. Extremely quiet. Not even a soul could be heard from there. Only sound was sheep and lovely breeze. Beautiful wooden 2 bedroom cottage having every possible thing one might need. Can easily spend 2 days to enjoy it fully. Worth every price and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet time in Iceland.

Glacier World - Hoffell Guesthouse is located in Hoffell. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access, and view of mountains. The Route 1 Ring Road is just 3 km away. Nice basic little rooms and modern bathroom. Despite the weather, it was nice and cozy inside! Breakfast was simple (bread, diced cheese, meats, jams, yogurt) but the view from the dining area was gorgeous.
