Set in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre a few steps from the famous Terrazza a Mare building, Hotel La Lampara is just 30 metres from its free private beach. Breakfast was awesome, accommodated our lactose free, gluten free diet. Staff always looking for ways how to help, rooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

Just 2 km from Sistiana Beach, this family-run hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The picturesque Duino Castle is a 5-minute drive away. Very clean and comfortable room. Great service, the administrator was very kind and gave us everything we asked for, e.g. beach towels, extra bed sheets, plug adapter, tea and coffee machine was free to use.

Savoia Excelsior Palace overlooks the Bay of Trieste in the city centre. Everything is excellent, the place (the hotel and the room as well is something that worth all the money). The room is beautiful, nicely arranged and designed and equipped with all the needs. The air-conditioned works excellent, it's quiet and adjustable as you like (temperature and fan's speed). The personal is kind, helpful and professional; they speak good English as well (I presume even more languages considering the visitors are various nations).
