I love the warm welcoming of the staff, she is very good ,she came to collect me in the airport,show me key areas I need to get something done ..like where to board train , supermarket around and where I can get train tickets.she is just impeccable. Maria and Carlo were so helpful and welcoming, the stay was very good, the place is very typical ,Swedish at heart , every item in the house has a story to tell.Cosy and clean with all facilities working.We used a rental car for roaming around, parking is available within 5 mins from la Fontanelle, full access is available to the property for pickup/unloading. Featuring a garden, bar and views of garden, Country House Erba Regina is set in Frascati, 7.3 km from Università Tor Vergata. We loved everything about the place Regina could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to give us directions to where to park in Rome and even took us to the olive factory to show us how her olive oil is made and then we sampled it the next day. The food and wine was beautiful we even had a band for entertainment on the first night. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. We would not hesitate to return.

It was stunning, the property clean and well organized, everything organic even soap which i like how they try to save environment, no use of plastic We had nice breakfast most of it maid locally in their place, jam, yogurt, olive oil “which i like and purchase one for our home” , the place so green and refreshing

Boasting city views, Borgo Castel Savelli provides accommodation with balcony, around 8.6 km from Università Tor Vergata. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. Great medium size apartment ideal for pre and Post Tour stop. Glad we booked there for after the tour as well. Staff speak English and couldn't be more helpful. Know local taxi operators and the bus stop is 50m down the road which connects to metro. 1 hour into Rome and a lovely trip seeing the sights or 70 Euro by taxi. Walking g distance to local ships, supermarket and bistro and cafes.

Excellent location near Rome. Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful dining room. Our room had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. They do have rooms on the ground floor with private patios. Very quiet location.

Quiet rooms with lots of character. Brilliant breakfast and restaurant. Needs some wifi restructure/enhancement but other than that a brilliant stay.

Everything was perfect. The communication with the host was perfect. The bus station is very close, excellent connection with Rome. The shopping center is very close. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, and a Play station 5, which the children especially liked. Definitely a wonderful experience
