Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position. Free tangerines, water and sweets almost all day long. Very large and beautiful recreation area on the ground floor, you don't want to leave the hotel. The room is clean and very beautiful. The restaurant is just fantastic, we ate fish and pasta for dinner, very tasty. Breakfast is also great

When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻
