Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Set within 18 km of Livorno Port and 25 km of Leaning Tower of Pisa, Agriturismo Fonte Belvedere features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Collesalvetti. We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend this place 100%. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and very spacious, and the kitchens are well equipped. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with outdoor tables and seating areas for spending evenings outside, as well as the option to enjoy a barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening activities organized by the hosts. We stayed as a large group and booked four apartments, and everyone was happy. The only small inconvenience was the lack of laundry facilities. I knew there was no washing machine in the apartment, but I was hoping for a shared space, even a paid one, to do laundry. Perhaps this is just a temporary issue. In any case, it did not spoil our wonderful stay here. Many thanks to the hosts
