A beautiful warm quaint hotel with excellent staff service, from booking our private boat taxis to cleaning the room and making sure we have fresh towels and even packed breakfast boxes when we had to miss breakfast to catch an early tour. All staff from check in counter, to bar services when collecting free fizzy wine, to breakfast servers and housekeeping were excellent. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this little gem in Venice to all who want a high quality stay in Venice. Their beds were excellent and highly comfortable and pillows and lines were super clean and of the perfect comfort level. Location is near to St Angelo water bus stop with easy walking distance to Piazza San Marco.

The location is far from the center but you have shuttle bus so there is nothing to worry~~if there is rate more than 10 I will give that. We really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Touring. It is right in the centre and so convenient to restaurants, shops and other interest points. The room is so modern and a lot of space for storage. My husband and I were traveling from NZ to Italy for 4 weeks. We had quite a lot of stuff including hiking gear etc.. I love the breakfast, a lot of varieties, tasty and good quality. Besides, I want to give a huge thank-you to Isabella, who was super friendly and helpful. Isabella gave us a lot of tips where to visit, what's worth and what's not. She helped our laundry as well even the hotel does not usually provide this service. Finally, I want to say thanks to Tiziana. Tiziana is the first Italian I ever met who can speak Chinese so fluently. Tiziana helped keeping our suitcases for 2 weeks while we were doing the Alta Via 2 in the Dolomites for free. When we back to pick up the luggage, both Isabella and Tiziana were in the front desk and welcomed us in the way just like the old friends were back.
