That it has a great location, the staff is always there to help you and makes the best to make your stay incredible. The rooms were really clean and they arrange the room everyday. The hotel is located in Shijo, which was a great location very connected to everything but at the same time very calm and quiet at nite. Great balance! They also helped me shopping my luggage back to Tokyo. I felt very safe staying by myself there

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Iroha Grand Hotel Kintetsu Nara Ekimae is set in Nara, 19 km from Iwafune Shrine and 22 km from Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium. I really like this hotel! The location is excellent. Another thing I would like to mention, as a person who had back surgery before, it is very important to have a bed that is supportive, somewhat firm yet soft and comfy on its cover. The bed in this hotel really meets my expectation even beyond wat I have in mind. It's just an extra information to whoever seeking the right bed for their trip in Nara!

In a prime location in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, NOHGA HOTEL KIYOMIZU KYOTO is located 1.1 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 1.1 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 1.3 km from Gion Shijo... We stayed 6 nights and I cannot think of a better place to stay in Kyoto. It is NOT in the city center, so it is quiet and it IS 10min walk from Kiyomizu-dera temple complex. Actually, you can do all Higashiyama attractions by walking from the hotel. We did not use public transportation in Kyoto. Walking to the city center takes 15min from the hotel. Hotel itself is great! It offers big, clean and comfortable rooms and it also has a very pleasant lobby with bakery, so you can buy fresh bread, pastry etc. every morning. The restaurant serves great breakfasts in the morning and local IPA in the evening :-)

Attractively situated in Kyoto, The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 5-star hotel offers a bar. Our room was perfect with lovely bathroom and provisions. Staff were wonderful. Area great for walking to metro and nearby attractions. Breakfasts were served as opposed to buffet which we liked. Healthy choices. Western or Japanese. Complimentary afternoon cakes and evening drinks and small bites were served in modern elegant simple lounge. Highly recommend a stay at this modern, chic hotel.
