The hotel is surrounded by Japanese restaurants, cafes, interesting clothing shops and deli, like Lawson and 7/11. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, too. Very new and modern, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, will give you a good night sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo Premier.

Everything in the room was great - shower, coffee, water. The concierge was amazing! We loved the landscape and architecture of the hotel very much.

The room was very cozy though small, but very convenient. Seemed the hotel is very new, which was nice, staff helped us to send our bags to the next hotel. Also there is very nice restaurant with Thai food in the lobby. Super happy with the hotel! Thank you!

Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Shijo is ideally set in the centre of Kyoto, and features a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. Room very clean and spacious. The lobby is beautiful and stylist. The staff are good in English, friendly and helpful. The lounge and breakfast are good too.

The hotel exceeded out expectations. It's is a very charming place and fit well with the rest of Kyoto. The room was very nice and comfortable. The coffee shop that forms part of the hotel is a big big plus. Probably one of the best coffee shops during our trip. They also serve great breakfast there and other snack (I think it's open all day for lunch dn dinner). The stuff are extremely nice and helpful, providing a service with a smile.

In a prime location in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, NOHGA HOTEL KIYOMIZU KYOTO is located 1.1 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 1.1 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 1.3 km from Gion Shijo... The atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant is good, and the rooms are comfortable. It's close to Nishiki Market. We arrived by car and parked at the hotel for a reasonable price

Boasting a shared lounge, a restaurant as well as a bar, The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto is situated in the centre of Kyoto, 200 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum. Everything was great! The hotel is beautiful, with amazing staff and a great location right next to the subway station. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The hotel also offered a free daily afternoon tea/pre-dinner cocktail which was a really nice touch. We will definitely stay here again next time in Kyoto.

Attractively located in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Wander Kyoto Nanajo is situated less than 1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto, 1.8 km from Gion Shijo Station and 1.1 km from Kyoto Station. We were honestly surprised at how much value for money this hotel is! It has almost everything in spite of its price. Not to mention the room was a lot spacier compared to other hotels we've visited in Japan. Good amenities, comfy lounge, wonderful staffs, great location. Would recommend!

In a prime location in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hotel GOCO stay Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi is set 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.3 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.4 km... Extremely kind and helpful staff, convenient central location (right next to Nishiki Market, great for getting there early). Washing machine and drying functionality in the room was very useful for the middle of our Japan trip. All around, a lovely stay in Kyoto. Highly recommend!
