Staff was super friendly, explained the facilities in the room and how to use the AC. Room is HUGE, not only by Japanese standards. Shower is spacious. Toilet in separate room. A bit farther away from tourist attractions but close to Osaka main station (about 10 minutes walking distance) to take you around the city.

It was a perfectly sized room for just myself. Shower was especially nice and a comfy bed. Hotel bike rental was a great additional service. Staff helped me to send on my luggage to Tokyo as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! In hotel laundry room was great, and very useful!

All very clean and modern. The location is a 1min / 1 station away from the Universal Studios. Big room with a really big widow directly onto the theme park. So cool!
