De kamer was super groot en heel erg mooi. De bedden lagen heerlijk. De badkamer en douche waren super luxe. Ook de algemene ruimtes in het hotel waren heel fijn en sfeervol. In de omgeving zijn veel supermarktjes en het metrostation is heel dichtbij. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En er is een gratis shuttle bus service naar de luchthaven. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer naartoe!!!

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is also perfect as it’s a walking distance from Shibuya station and some local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

The staff is very nice, service-oriented and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and clean. A detailed scheduling of cleaning was given to us on arrival. Lot of practicalities make your stay comfortable, e.g., free tea and skin care products, free rental of board games, pajamas, umbrellas, toaster, etc. There are washing/drying machines on the 1st floor at a reasonable price. The place is well located near many restaurants, transport options, parks, a mall with an indoor playground, convenience stores, etc. A 24/7 supermarket is also very close by walking. Skytree tower, which has an aquarium and another indoor playground, is not far either (one station away or a 25 mins walk).
