Bandos resort is a private island located 8 Km away from Male. Bandos Maldives features spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the garden or beach. We stayed 6 nights in this hotel for our honeymoon. Everything was just perfect. Natural beauty of the island was incredible. We thought that we were in Paradise. We loved the food a lot. We ate in the main restaurant from the buffet and there are very rich options with the fresh seafood every day. House wine is very tasty. Swapan in the main restaurant was very good. He made our meals more delicios. Thank you Swapan! The beaches are of the island are amazing. Thank you for an unforgatteble honeymoon.

Extremely happy, warm staff, like my family, shasu was very nice and helpful, the manager also, since we did an overnight trip, they offered a day use villa to have a rest and sleep until our room is ready. The speedboat transfer and airport greeting was excellent, not like other islands resorts, you don't wait for hours until the boat is full, they pick you up straight away to the island.

One of the highlights was the beautiful house reef, which my husband loved exploring. The location is also perfect — just 15 minutes by seaplane and a quick 45-minute speedboat ride, offering flexibility to reach Malé for international departures. The resort staff were exceptional, and the overall vibe was relaxed, welcoming, and luxurious. Our host Sonam was super nice and always very responsive so big thanks to her! The honeymoon package came with lovely extras like a sunset boat trip, a complimentary massage, and even a mini photoshoot — thoughtful touches that made our stay even more memorable all booked and arranged by her! We had initially been concerned that the island might feel too small, but after the intensity of our wedding, it was exactly what we needed. The compact size made everything feel accessible without being overwhelming — especially appreciated in the humid weather. Walking from our villa to the restaurant was just the right amount of movement. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Every staff member is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. We aways felt welcome and cared for. Our host Samih was always responsive and proactive, he even called me when there was enough wind to do kitesurfing as I'm into it. I loved the gym and SPA facilities. We ate the most delicious food served in the restaurants. One & Only brand will be associated with high class and luxury for us from now on.
