We stayed with a 1 yo baby, who enjoyed the garden and the pool. A comfortable crib was also provided. A great breakfast was freshly made every morning. It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

Ideally situated in Playa del Carmen, IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. The location and amenities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable (maybe better quality bedding in 100% good quality cotton would make it even better). Good showers and good water pressure.

Situated just 5.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. This is not a resort; it is an apartment in a gated community of condos. The apartment, building and grounds are safe, clean and beautifully maintained. The one bedroom apartment with balcony is comfortable and mostly well equipped, perfect for two people. The large communal pool and surrounding area provide a lovely spot to lounge and relax; we were frequently the only ones making use of it. Within walking distance (5-15 minutes) there are some good restaurants and excellent coffee shops. For groceries Fresh Market sells some basic supplies but for proper grocery shopping “Chedruai” mall has everything you could need. It is a 30 minute walk so be prepared to pay $250MXN for a taxi. (Be sure to negotiate the price before you get into the car). There are no Lumino staff on site but communicating with our concierge was simple and quick (thank-you Stephanie).

We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

She also gave great recommendations regarding places to check out in and around Tulum, we absolutely loved our time here, and will definitely be back in the future.

Hotel Casa Hormiga features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Bacalar. Very peaceful place, with enough privacy per room (You do not get to feel overcrowded any time). Breakfast was exceptional, staff was always extra helpful and super friendly. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay at. 100% recommended :)
