Such a great stay at the Aikawa, from the moment we arrived at the bus park we were met by lovely hotel staff offering us a free transfer to the hotel, to the moment they dropped us off again they could not do enough for us to ensure we had a pleasant staff. Food was also excellent and the safari with Raj, all organized and booked through the hotel left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommend

The staff were incredibly friendly. It was just a short 5 walk to the river and to the restaurants and shops. They arranged all the tours to the park. Great value and family friendly. Sitting around a campfire at night and talking with other families and travellers was very memorable. We love this place!

We originally booked this hotel because it is a newer property and has a pool. We were delighted to be greeted by the lovely staff with a delicious welcome drink. Our stay was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable with fantastic showers and good AC. The kids loved playing in the pool and were very well looked after by the staff. They helped us book an incredible canoe ride, walking tours and a jeep safari with great guides. However, it was our last morning in the hotel where we saw how amazing they really are. My husband woke up at 4am with terrible pain and the hotel drove us to the hospital right away. Soon the manager Mr. Trilochan Adhikari showed up just to check on us and stayed to help translate. We felt so well taken care of. They really went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend staying here on your trip to Chitwan.

Everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and responsive. The food was exceptional. The rooms were well kept and the sunset view was icing on the cake.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location, and a very warm welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is good and varied. The excursions offered are very well organized. There are wild rhinos walking on the paths of this hotel. I was just having my dinner when one just passed by, on his way to some grass field, minding his own business. Like it's completely normal :) loved it!
