Patons Rock Beach Villas is a 3-star property located in Takaka. This villa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Beautiful location near to beach. Villa had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet. Lovely gardens.

Offering free WiFi and free on-site bus and car parking, Mohua Motels is located in Takaka. All accommodation offers a patio, fully equipped kitchenette and mountain and garden views. Our stay at Mohua Motels was excellent. The facilities in the room exceeded our expectations - small matter such as it had egg cups for our boiled eggs! We had 3 nights and used the outside gas barbeque for two evening meals. It was very clean and worked extremely well - a good range on BBQ tools was provided. There was nice outside sitting space. It was a short walk into Takaka for cafes, shops and a few restaurants. As a bonus there was an excellent supermarket just down the road - again easy walking distance. The area has outstanding beaches within a short drive. Staff are very helpful and easily available.

Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Very friendly host. Spacious and comfortable room. Each chalet has its own patio and garden table. We did not have problems with mosquitoes, but should there be any, multiple insect repellant devices are provided. Extensive kitchen equipment. Whatever is not provided in the chalet itself is provided in the common kitchen, e.g., oil, soy sauce, bigger pans, pizza oven. Washing machine and drier available in the common area. Good shower.

Situated in Takaka in the Tasman region, Golden Bay Hideaway features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to an open-air bath. Lovely property with Wonderful views close to beautiful places! Very comfortable, warm. Loved the outdoor bath after a long hike!

Wetland View Park is set in Anatori and features a terrace. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. The location was great. The hosts were both welcoming and nice. The highlight of our stay was during the night when we were taken out to see the glow worms, weta and freshwater crayfish. It was interesting and exciting. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Heating works well. We explored one of the walking trails within the property which was easy to navigate. We will definitely come back next time.

Featuring barbecue facilities, Anatoki Lodge Motel is set in Takaka, 18 km from Golden Bay. Each accommodation at the motel has garden views and free WiFi. We loved our room here. We did have the two bedroom apartment and it was so spacious and comfortable. It’s such a sweet touch that they offer you milk for your morning coffee in a little jug. The location is fantastic. You can walk into town in a couple minutes. The town is awesome. Several wonderful coffee shops with delicious food and lots of hippie vibes stores.

Pohara Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park offers a variety of beach-side accommodation with free on-site parking. All accommodation offers an outdoor seating area and mountain and garden views. The park was right on the beach. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. There is a coffee shop and restuarant right accross from park.

The Station House Motel is located in the charming village of Collingwood, Golden Bay NZ. It was built in 1907 and was originally the Police Station. Great location, room was very tidy and had everything you need, host was very nice.
