Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

Very warm greetings before and after we check in. Everything is so gorgeously set and arranged in the beautiful house. Perfect for 5 family members to stay in 3 seperate rooms. Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Braxmere Lodge Tokaanu is a 10-minute drive from Trout Hatchery and Turangi. The location was great with an amazing view of the lake and just what my wife and I needed on our honeymoon. It was great as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas like Lake Taupo itself and Tongariro National Park as we visited various Lord of the Rings filming locations surrounding and on the volcanoes. The room was clean and very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms in our three week's staying all across New Zealand.

Set in Turangi, 47 km from Taranaki Falls, The Redbarn offers accommodation with a hot tub. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 47 km from Mount Ruapehu. The place was very clean, cozy and spacious. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, we really recommend!

Olive Rabbit - Boutique Bed & Breakfast in Turangi provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a patio. Everything. The quality was outstanding in every respect. Very attractive and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful hosts. I recommend taking a walk alongside the nearby river to a lookout point. Having stayed in many B&Bs, this is first time I'm giving 10/10.
