We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room and bed were super comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast on the patio was great. We were able to do laundry while there, too, which was a nice bonus. The owner was a very nice lady, quite helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again one day!

Kaiteriteri Reserve Apartments is set in Kaiteriteri overlooking the golden sand beach. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. Our stay at KeiteriTeri Reserve Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The apartments were impeccably clean and modern, with stunning views of the beach right from our windows and balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach, and we'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

Waitapu Springs B&B is set in Takaka and features a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. This 3-star bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. spa breakfast really interesting and welcoming host lovely room

Gladstone Motel is a 5 star property in Richmond. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast on request. We stayed here for 3 nights. We didn't arrive until 0100am due to ferry delay but access was fine and the room light left on. Lesley and Mike go that extra mile and made our stay super relaxing and even take care of your laundry so you can spend more time out. Location was great and a few minutes walk from good shops and resturants. Would definately recommend to all.

Patons Rock Beach Villas is a 3-star property located in Takaka. This villa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Beautiful garden and surrounds - we relaxed and spent time in the sun. Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Eclectic little cluster of 4 chalets well maintained right outside of Tanaka (short 1 km walk on paved trail into town). Wonderful, welcoming owners who see after everything with great detail. Originally booked here because Kaiteriteri over the hill had nothing left, but would stay in Golden Bay again in heart beat. Nice drive to Totaranui on easy gravel road to take water taxi to Abel Tasman.
